Shipping & returns

Most print orders are manufactured within 2–7 working days, depending on part size, material and the current queue. Commissioned design work follows the timeline in its offer. You get the expected timing together with the invoice, and the order status page shows progress live (new → confirmed → printing → shipped).

• Serbia — Post Express, D Express or BEX; usually 1–2 working days after shipping.
• Balkans & EU — international post or courier (GLS / DHL / DPD, depending on destination); typically 3–10 working days.
• Personal pickup can be arranged — mention it in the order notes.

Shipping is charged by real weight and destination and appears as a separate line on your invoice — no hidden margins. You see the exact amount before you pay anything.

Parts ship in cardboard with protective padding; fragile geometry gets extra bracing. If we think a part is too fragile to survive a courier, we tell you before printing it.

Photograph the package and the part before anything else, then email us within 48 hours of delivery. We reprint or refund damaged shipments and deal with the carrier ourselves — you don't have to fight them. If tracking shows a shipment lost, we reprint or refund it once the carrier confirms.

Custom prints made to your files are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right (they exist only because you ordered them) — but if something is wrong with the print quality, statutory warranty rules apply and we make it right. Catalog products can be returned within 14 days, unused and in original condition. Full details are in the Terms of service.

We invoice first; you pay by bank transfer (RSD in Serbia, EUR internationally); production starts after payment unless agreed otherwise. No card data ever touches this site.
