Terms of service

LAST UPDATED → 2026-07-10

These terms keep both sides safe: you know exactly how ordering, pricing, returns and file rights work; we know the parts we make will be used legally and within the limits of the process. Plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask before ordering.

01

What these terms cover

These terms govern the use of this website and every order placed through it. By placing an order, requesting a quote or creating an account you accept them. Commissioned work (product development, web, AI/automation, electronics or mechanical projects) is additionally governed by the individual written offer you receive — where the two differ, the individual offer wins. The registered operator is shown above (“we”, “us”).

02

The service

We manufacture parts on demand using FDM 3D printing: from files you upload, from community models you fetch via the Discover section, or as small production series. We also sell our own catalog products and take on commissioned design and engineering work through the project brief.

03

Prices, quotes and when a contract exists

  • The price shown in the online slicer is an automated estimate computed from your file and settings. It is not yet an offer.
  • After you submit an order we verify the files, re-slice them on production machines and send you an invoice (pro-forma) with the final, binding price. If it deviates significantly from the online estimate we explain why, and you may cancel free of charge at that point.
  • The contract is concluded when we confirm your order following your acceptance of the invoice. Until then, either side can walk away.
  • Payment is by bank transfer against the invoice (RSD inside Serbia, EUR internationally) unless we agree otherwise in writing. Production normally starts after payment is received.
  • Prices in RSD and EUR are linked by an exchange rate we set and display at checkout.
04

Your files and intellectual property

  • You keep every right to the files you upload. We receive a non-exclusive licence to store, repair, orient, slice and print them, solely to fulfil your order.
  • You confirm that you are entitled to have the files manufactured — you made them, licensed them, or otherwise hold the necessary rights.
  • Community models from third-party platforms come with their own licences (many are non-commercial). You are responsible for choosing models whose licence covers your intended use; we act as your printing contractor.
  • We do not reuse, publish or share your files, and we do not print them for anyone else.
05

What we won't print

To keep the workshop and its customers safe, we refuse — at our sole discretion and at any stage before shipping — orders for:

  • firearms, firearm components, ammunition parts or other weapons;
  • items that are illegal to manufacture or possess in Serbia or in your delivery country;
  • obvious counterfeiting or commercial trademark/IP infringement;
  • parts intended for life-safety, medical or otherwise safety-critical applications — unless we agreed to that use in writing beforehand.
06

Refused orders

If we decline an order, anything you already paid for it is refunded in full.

07

FDM manufacturing — what to expect

FDM 3D printing has inherent characteristics that are part of the process, not defects: visible layer lines, a seam line, small dimensional deviations (typically up to ±0.2–0.5% or ±0.2 mm, whichever is larger), slight colour differences between material batches, and support marks on overhanging surfaces. We may adjust print orientation and add or modify supports to make your part printable. The 3D-printing guide on this site describes all of this in detail.

08

Withdrawal, returns and complaints

  • Custom prints are made to your specification. Under the Serbian Consumer Protection Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, goods made to the consumer's specifications are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right.
  • Catalog products (our own, non-customised items) can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition; return shipping is on you and the refund follows within 14 days of the item reaching us.
  • Statutory conformity rights are untouched: if a part is defective, arrives damaged or is not what was ordered, contact us — with photos if possible — and we will reprint, repair or refund it. Transit damage should be reported as soon as you notice it, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
09

Delivery

Delivery runs as described on the Shipping & returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Carrier delays are outside our control, but we chase every late shipment.

10

Accounts

Keep your login credentials safe — actions taken through your account count as yours. Provide accurate information. The first-order member discount applies once per person. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or attacks on the site.

11

Discover — third-party content

The Discover section searches publicly available community model platforms. We are not affiliated with those platforms, we do not control what they host, and we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy or licence terms of any model. The platform's own terms apply to content on the platform.

12

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is capped at the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including damage caused by using printed parts beyond the limits communicated for the material and process. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

13

Using the site

Do not attack, overload, scrape at scale or attempt to break the site. Site content — text, visuals, the slicer interface — is ours; community model content belongs to its authors and platforms.

14

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply. We always try to settle disputes amicably first — write to us. Formal disputes belong to the competent court in Serbia or, for consumers, the court prescribed by law.

15

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the moment you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
